Two generations now work on the ranch, El Corazón en las Nubes, and the vineyard, La Vina Gomez de Malibu, which share this rugged mountain terrain. David is an electrical engineer in his other day job, Ruth is a physical therapist in private practice and Caitlin is an electrical engineer in Medical School at UCLA. Both David and Caitlin are carpenters by hobby, which comes in handy when running a ranch/vineyard. In addition to breeding, agisting, and selling alpacas, we produce wine for both commercial and personal use from the grapes that we grow in our vineyard.
